Hi again Everyone.

Given that we have heard nothing back from Tennis Australia, the SAC has decided to go ahead with the original fixtures as per the program and Match Centre. The only exception will be that Onkaparinga Div 2 Women will now have a bye, and Echunga Div 2 Women will take their place against Uraidla.
Thanks again for your patience with this situation – we will update you again when we hear back from Tennis Australia.

Hi Everyone.

There is still nothing back from Tennis Australia regarding the new fixture for our Div 2 and 3 Women’s Comp. I apologise on behalf of TA. Hopefully there will be something very soon. Please check Match Centre tomorrow for the latest information regarding where teams are playing on Saturday. Hopefully there will be something there by late afternoon.

Minor Regrading Changes – starting this week!

News  Comments Off on Minor Regrading Changes – starting this week!
Nov 222016

Please note that the SAC has made 3 minor changes to Senior Divisions which will come into effect this Saturday, 26th November:

·        Div 2 Traditional Women – Onkaparinga will drop down to Div 3 Women. This will mean a significant program change for both of these divisions. There will now be a bye in Division 3 instead of Division 2.

·        Div 3 Traditional Men – Mt Barker will move down from this division and will be replaced by Ironbank Cherry Gardens, who will come up from Div 4

·        Div 4 Traditional Men – Ironbank will move up to Div 3 and Mt Barker to Div 4 as explained above

The change to the Men’s Traditional teams will not affect the Program that is already in place – the teams will simply swap places.

We are waiting on Tennis Australia to produce a new draw and fixture for the Div 2 and 3 Women’s comp and will pass this information on as soon as we receive it. It will mean a completely new fixture for these 2 divisions only. Please keep in touch with your senior coordinator for the latest updates, and always check Match Centre (tennis.com.au) for the most accurate and up to date information on venues, fixtures etc.

A new HTA Program for these Divisions will be processed as soon as we have the information and have the time to put the program together. PLEASE USE MATCH CENTRE FOR FIXTURE AND VENUE INFO!

If you are interested in playing in Tennis SA’s WTC Country Carnival this year, grab some mates and put a team together and submit it to Ian Barry (barryfam@aapt.net.au) by Saturday 10th December 2016. You will need to let Ian know which event your team is nominating for – Men’s (Div 1 or 2), Women’s (Div 1 or 2), Mixed Doubles only.

Teams will self-manage this year, with Ian doing the required admin entry for online registrations.

The teams event is being held Saturday 7th – Tuesday 10th January, while the individuals event will run on Wednesday 11th January.

Please see the fact sheet for more information.
